From choosing our initial question, we ended up having to slightly alter our question after finding and reviewing articles that related to our question. Our issue was that the original question ended up being too broad, so in order to fix it we made the question more specific and it helped narrow down our search results. 

Our team has been successful in working as a team and finding time to get things done together, not leaving all the work for one person. We do this by means of finding times that work for all of us to complete assignments in a timely manner. If there are ever times that don’t work for every member of the group we then just divide the work up and make sure the work is done before the deadline. While we have been successful in finding time to get the work done, it was difficult to meet all the time due to the fact that some of us had some conflicting schedules. Thankfully, we were able to find the time to get the work done. 

In order for my group to accomplish this final paper it will require the work of everyone together and not relying only on one or two people to try to get the work done. Everyone in the group has agreed that this is what will help us be successful in making sure that the assignment gets done. With that being said there is a lot of open communication about what we will need to do and when we need to do it by. Being part of a group that includes my neighbor and housemates allows for us to hold each other responsible for the work that was assigned to to one of us to complete on time. There are definitely more benefits than there are negatives to working with my group. Everyone is a hard worker and makes sure that everything is done to the best of its ability. We also spend ample time together giving us plenty of time to brainstorm or do check ins with one another. I think that this collaborative effort from us all will benefit us in the our future careers as nurses because a nurses job is never done alone. It requires the collaboration of lots of different members of a team. While collaborating in a work setting may not include writing a paper but getting different sources of practice at collaboration will still help in the long run. After all, practice makes perfect!
